  • We offer both cash pricing and insurance-based pricing, which can vary depending on your plan. As a courtesy, our team is happy to verify your benefits at no cost once your appointment is scheduled.

    For cash pricing:

    • Initial Visit (60 minutes – full exam & treatment): $250

    • 45-minute appointment: $190

    • 30-minute appointment: $129

    • We also offer package specials to help you save more.

    For insurance-based pricing, coverage depends on your individual plan. To secure your initial visit, we collect a $100 deposit. This deposit is applied toward any copays or coinsurance. If your plan requires no out-of-pocket cost, the deposit will be fully refunded at the completion of your appointment.

    EMsculpt® sessions are $129 per session.

    Note: HMO plans do not cover chiropractic care.

    Insurance Verification

    To verify your PPO benefits, please email office@drkyleross.com with:

    • Front and back of your insurance card

    • Front of your government-issued ID

    • Date of birth of the policyholder

      • If you are not the primary member, please also include the primary member’s full name and date of birth.

    Please allow approximately 4-8 business hours (based on our hours of operation) for verification.

    Insurance Verification Disclaimer

    When verifying your insurance, you will receive the best estimates of coverage available. Please note:

    • When speaking with your insurance provider, their agents also provide best estimates of coverage. These are usually very accurate, but on rare occasions, they may misquote plan details.

    • Our office does everything possible to provide you with accurate information, but for full transparency, we want you to be aware of this possibility.

    • You may also verify your benefits directly by calling your insurance carrier using the phone number listed on the back of your insurance card.

  • Cancellation / No Show Policy

    Please do not direct message us on social media platforms to change or reschedule your appointments.

    We understand that emergencies and unexpected work or family obligations may arise. However, when you do not cancel your appointment, it prevents another patient from receiving much-needed care. Likewise, if another patient fails to cancel, it may prevent you from being scheduled due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 fee.

    • Same-day cancellations will be charged the full cash rate (not your copay or coinsurance). This amount may be applied as a credit toward future visits at the discretion of the doctors.

    • This policy applies even in cases of illness or emergency, unless official documentation is provided by a medical professional. For COVID-19, official testing documentation is required; at-home tests are not accepted.

    • This policy also applies in weather-related situations.

    How to Cancel

    When cancelling through the appointment confirmation text, please follow all prompts until you receive confirmation that your appointment has been successfully cancelled. Simply replying to the text will not cancel your appointment. Failure to cancel properly through Square Appointments may result in being charged the full cash rate.

    Late Arrivals

    We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, if you arrive late, you may need to be rescheduled with another provider or have your appointment time shared between providers.

    Traveling?

    Cancellations or rescheduling due to flight changes—regardless of the reason—are not exempt from this policy. We can provide a receipt for you to submit to your airline or travel insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is subject to your airline or travel insurance provider’s terms and conditions, and we cannot guarantee approval or processing time. We recommend contacting your travel insurance provider directly for details on coverage.

    We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time without prior notice.

Package Usage Policy
If you have a prepaid package of 30-minute sessions and would like to book a longer appointment, the following applies:

  • A 60-minute appointment will be counted as 2 sessions.

  • A 45-minute appointment will be counted as 1.5 sessions.

This allows flexibility in scheduling while keeping package usage consistent across appointment lengths.
